The Delhi and District Cricket Association has successfully brought on board Skechers as its official clothing sponsor and UFlex as an official partner for the upcoming 2026-27 domestic cricket season. This announcement marks a strategic commercial move for the organization.
Under the newly established agreement, Skechers will supply all required apparel and training kits for Delhi's men's and women's teams across multiple age groups as they compete in various Board of Control for Cricket in India domestic tournaments. Concurrently, UFlex has secured its position as an official partner, ensuring that its company logo will be prominently featured on the playing kits of the state teams.
Historically, the Delhi and District Cricket Association has allocated approximately Rs 50 lakh per season to cover match apparel and training kits for both men's and women's squads. The newly minted sponsorship arrangements are anticipated to completely absorb these clothing expenses while simultaneously generating fresh revenue streams for the association.
Speaking on the developments, Delhi and District Cricket Association president Rohan Jaitley stated that these partnerships form a core part of the association's ongoing strategy to elevate its commercial relationships and deliver robust institutional support to its competing squads. Representatives from both Skechers and UFlex echoed positive sentiments, expressing enthusiasm for building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that reinforce their presence within the Indian sporting landscape through Delhi's domestic cricket framework.
